In the FNA25 colloquium ‘Insects in Food: The present and future of the market’, Professor Ana Isabel Costa from CATÓLICA-LISBON School of Business & Economics presented a study of the ‘European Food Market for Insect Protein’, while researcher Bruna Faria discussed the potential of insects for animal feed, in a presentation titled ‘Animal Feed - Sustainable Consumption in the European Market’.
